Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4th, 1981) is an American actor. She is most well-known for her performances in the movies Cowboys & Aliens The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful This Is Where I Leave You, as well in the TV seriesAngela's Eyes Mad Men Hawthorne & Suits. Amantha Holden is the Sundance Channel's drama Rectify. Abigail Leigh Spencer has worked in film and television. The roles she played in the drama series Rectify and the sci-fi show Timeless made her a star. Gulf Breeze Florida native made her acting debut in All My Children. In recognition of her exceptional performance that she was awarded the Soap Opera Digest Award. Following that she mostly played guest parts on various TV shows. In the show Hawthorne, she was praised for playing Dr. Erin Jameson. Her character slowly gained a huge following thanks to her gorgeous looks and incredible acting abilities. At the age of twenty years old, her first film performance was Campfire Stones. Jekyll This Means War was another film in which she starred. The character she played for in Beautiful Now was recognized with an award at the Madrid International Film Festival Award. Her most recent work in TV is in the role of history professor Lucy Preston in the sci-fi television series Timeless. Spencer is receiving positive feedback from critics regarding her character in the sci-fi program Timeless. She has also been nominated for a Teen Choice Award.
